Dr. Muhammad Kamran Kundi

Dr. Muhammad Kamran Kundi is a distinguished Psychometrics Expert and Assistant Professor of Education at the University of Loralai, Pakistan. With specialized expertise in scale development, validation, educational measurement, and advanced statistical modelling, he has established himself as one of Pakistan’s leading researchers in the field of psychometrics.

His academic work focuses on developing reliable and valid measurement instruments, conducting rigorous factor analysis, and guiding researchers in adopting robust quantitative methodologies. As an internationally published scholar with global collaborations, Dr. Kamran has contributed significantly to educational research, psychometric assessment, and cross-cultural instrument adaptation.

Guided by Our Mission, Inspired by Our Vision

Vision

My vision is to empower research scholars at all academic levels—undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate—by providing a comprehensive, practical, and globally aligned foundation in psychometrics and advanced statistical analysis. I aim to equip learners with essential skills in

scale development,

scale validation, psychometric modeling, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA),

Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA),

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM),

and modern measurement practices.
I envision creating an accessible online learning platform where scholars gain hands-on training in real data analysis, mastering techniques such as t-tests, ANOVA, correlations, and multiple forms of regression. Through this vision, I aspire to develop a new generation of researchers who are methodologically competent, analytically confident, and capable of producing high-quality, scientifically sound research across national and international contexts.

Mission

My mission is to strengthen the field of psychometrics and educational measurement by producing high-quality research and delivering skill-based, practical, and research-oriented training to scholars from diverse academic backgrounds.
Through online teaching modes such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Google Meet, I train research scholars in scale development, scale validation, psychometric properties, measurement invariance, EFA, CFA, and SEM.

I also provide comprehensive training in advanced statistical analysis, including:

t-tests and ANOVA for comparison testing,

Pearson and Spearman correlations for relationship testing,

simple, multiple, logistic, and hierarchical regression for effect, impact, and predictive analysis.

This training is delivered through four structured classes conducted every Sunday, allowing participants to complete the full program within one month. To ensure accessibility and reduce financial pressure, these training sessions are offered at minimal and discounted charges, enabling all researchers—regardless of financial background—to participate and benefit from high-quality methodological training.

Professional Beliefs

I believe that meaningful academic growth is rooted in practical learning, scientific precision, and methodological rigor. Psychometrics and statistical analysis provide the foundation for fairness, transparency, and evidence-based decision-making in education and social sciences.
I am dedicated to supporting students and researchers by helping them resolve their research challenges and providing hands-on training in instrument development, validation processes, and advanced analytical techniques including EFA, CFA, SEM, t-tests, ANOVA, correlations, and regression models.
I strongly believe that high-quality training should be accessible and affordable, which is why I offer structured classes with minimal, discounted charges to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder any researcher’s progress. My professional philosophy centers on ethical practice, collaboration, and empowering scholars to produce research that is scientifically robust, globally relevant, and methodologically sound.
